What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3pm daily.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is prior to 10am.

Can I get an early check in?

If the property is available a little earlier than check-in time, we are usually happy to provide this when requested. For example, if no guests stayed the night before you are due to arrive and it is cleaned and ready, absolutely you can get an early check-in!

Can we organise a later check out?

Our cleaners are normally scheduled to arrive shortly after each booking departs, but if requested in advance and if we have flexibility in our schedule that day, then we will try to make it happen for you. However, fees may apply for late departure if late check out hasn’t been pre-approved by Relax Holiday Rentals management.

How do we find the property?

We email clear directions as part of the pre-check-in information provided. Also, on the View Properties page of our website, there is a Google Maps map showing the location of each property. Or click on the individual property page and the address is on each listing.

What is your covid cancellation policy?

If government-imposed lock downs or restrictions preventing travel are in place at the time you are due to stay, we will gladly reschedule your dates for you, or if rescheduling is not possible and you need to cancel, we will refund your booking (less any transaction fees, credit card fees, or third party booking fees).

Is there WiFi?

Most properties have WiFi, but to confirm please check the list of features under the “Characteristics” heading, on the listing page for that property.

Can I bring my dog?

Check the wording on the listing for that property as some properties are designated as “Pet Friendly”. But if not stated then no pets allowed.

How do I book?

You can book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our website www.relaxholidayrentals.com.au. Click “Book this property now”, enter your check-in and check-out dates plus number of guests, and click “Book Now”.  If you are unable to book online, phone bookings are available P +61 419 002 694.

Is your website secure for online payments?

For all transactions on our website, we use Stripe Payment Gateway, one of the biggest and best payment gateways in the world. And this is what they have to say about it on their website: “Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.”
