Be kind to staff and know that they are doing their best to make your visit a memorable one. Venues don’t write the rules on QR check-ins, vaccination requirements, density limits etc – just like you and I, they have to abide by these rules too, as they can also get a hefty fine if they don’t.
COVID CANCELLATION
If government-imposed lock downs or restrictions preventing travel are in place at the time of your stay, we will gladly reschedule your dates for you or if rescheduling is not possible and you need to cancel, we will refund your booking for you.

COVIDSafe plan in place and strictly adhered to. We have thorough Covid cleaning procedures in place, to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property owners. Our cleaners are trained and required to clean and sanitise to meet COVID-19 guidelines.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN
Contactless check-in at all properties for your safety. Plus QR Codes at the entrance to all properties, and all adults are required to “checkin” on arrival. Plus screening processes for guests that have travelled from red zones, have been to an exposure site, or have Covid symptoms.
