All Gift Vouchers are valid for a 2 year period starting from the date of purchase.

The voucher reference number must be entered in as “Coupon Code” in the order summary page when booking accommodation on Relax Holiday Rentals website, for it to be applied against the cost of the booking.

All Gift Vouchers are redeemable based on pricing at the time recipients place a booking.

All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Voucher is redeemable in one booking only, and can be used only once.

Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.

Bookings exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by the recipient when booking.

No physical gift card will be sent, this email is your voucher. Relax Holiday Rentals gift vouchers are considered to be cash and as such any lost, defaced or mutilated gift vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on accommodation booked direct through our website, or phone bookings in business hours (9-5, M-F).

Voucher reference number must be quoted when booking, and it may be requested to present the voucher upon booking or check-in.

Minimum nights apply to each property and can differ throughout the year for peak times and holiday periods.

In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy for that property applies.

All transactions are processed in AUD.
